* Cars are sample images. All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Conect,
otherwise our current refueling charges will apply. All rates are inclusive of VAT and unlimited mileage.

  • Obligations

  • Any damage following any incident/accident in which the client is at fault or/and underthe influence of alcohol will be paid for by the client.
  • The driver must have at least one year of driving experience.
  • The client is obligated to pay the sum of 300 Euro in case he causes any incident/accident involving the rented car, object of the current contract.
  • Any fine received during the rental period will be paid by the client.
  • The vehicle can only be used in Romania.
  • The client is obligated to return the vehicle in good conditions, identical to those prior to the rental, along with all its accessories and equipment, at the date and place specified in the current contract.
  • Any delay of more than 3 hours will be declared as car theft at the Police station, unless the owner is contacted in due time.
  • Each hour of delay is taxed 10 Euro.

  • Restrictions

  • The vehicle cannot be used in contradiction with the current laws concerning traffic on public roads.
  • The vehicle cannot be used for illegal transportation of passengers and goods.
  • The vehicle cannot be used for driving lessons.
  • The vehicle cannot be used for any other purpose that the ones specified by the manufacturer.
  • The vehicle cannot be driven by anyone else but the persons specified in the rental contract.
  • The vehicle can only be repaired in an authorized auto service, following the owner´s confirmation.
  • The vehicle cannot be left open, with the keys into the ignition, with the doors and/or windows open, unsupervised.
  • The client has no right whatsoever to rent, sell or guarantee with the vehicle object of the current contract.
  • The client is forbidden to take part in sports competitions with the rented vehicle.
  • The client is forbidden to drive the vehicle if under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that may affect the state of consciousness.

  • In case of any kind of incident or accident

  • Immediately call the police and the owner.
  • The names and addresses of the involved parties must be obtained.
  • A Xerox copy of the Identity Card / Passport / Driver's License / Insurance Certificate of the involved parties must be obtained.
  • The names and addresses of any eyewitnesses must be obtained.
  • The police report and the blood alcohol level test must be obtained.
  • The 'Anexa 2' must be obtained from the police.
  • An authorization for the repairs must be obtained from the police.
